Working with deputies

You can appoint another user as your deputy who can send emails on your behalf.

For example, if a colleague gives you the necessary permissions, you can send emails and schedule meetings on their behalf. In this case, when you send e-mails and meeting requests, the following information is sent in the From field: you on behalf of a coworker.

You can define deputies in Microsoft Outlook. To do this, log in to your Outlook account and click File, Account Settings, and Delegate Access.
